Itinerary Builder for Travel Agents
Branded, day-wise itineraries that look like a magazine spread — not a Word document — and share as a tappable web link or PDF in seconds.
What customers see
A MoonTrip itinerary opens as a branded web page — your agency logo, customer name, cover image, day-wise plan with photos, hotel and flight details, inclusions/exclusions, and a contact-the-agent button. Customers tap through on phones; the layout adapts. They can also download the PDF version with the same look.
Auto-picked destination photos
Tara reads the itinerary — cities, landmarks, activities — and pulls relevant photos from Wikimedia Commons and other open image sources on the internet. Day 2 in Udaipur gets a City Palace shot; Day 4 in Bali gets a Tegallalang rice terrace. You can swap any image you don't like, or upload your own — but you don't start with a blank page.
- •Day-by-day photo selection — matched to the destinations and activities Tara reads in the itinerary
- •Tara suggests destination photos from Wikimedia Commons and other supported sources; agents can review and replace images before publishing
- •Swap any image with one click — Tara suggests alternates, or you upload your own
- •Cover image picked from the headline destination of the trip
AI auto-population
On Pro, the AI vendor import populates the itinerary from a DMC PDF — hotels per day, flights between cities, transport, activities, inclusions, exclusions. You edit the bits that need agency touch; the rest is already there.
- •Upload PDF, image, or Excel from your DMC
- •Hotels match to MoonTrip's hotel database (or get created on the fly)
- •Day-wise plans are reconstructed from the supplier's itinerary text
- •Flights pulled in from PNRs or vendor confirmations
- •Destination photos auto-picked from Wikimedia Commons + open image sources
Inclusions, exclusions, terms
Reusable templates for inclusions, exclusions, payment terms, and cancellation policy mean every itinerary doesn't have to be re-written from scratch. Templates support variables (customer name, travel dates, agency name) and render correctly per booking.
Sharing
Itineraries are shareable as a tappable web link (works on any phone, no install) or as a downloadable PDF. The link is the same surface as the quote — customers compare options, see the day-wise plan, and accept without leaving WhatsApp.
